By creating an account, starting a trial, purchasing a subscription, or using the service, you agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the service.
1. About the Service
Notabene helps professionals improve their LinkedIn presence by providing profile review tools, onboarding guidance, content suggestions, visibility analytics, and related recommendations.
Notabene is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or officially connected with LinkedIn Corporation or Microsoft Corporation. LinkedIn is a third-party platform, and your use of LinkedIn remains subject to LinkedIn's own terms, policies, and technical limitations.
2. Eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, to use the service. By using the service, you confirm that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms
- all information you provide is accurate and up to date
- you will use the service only for lawful professional purposes
- your use of the service will not violate any third-party rights or platform rules.
3. Accounts and Security
To access certain features, you may need to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree to notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access to your account. We may suspend or terminate your account if we reasonably believe that your account has been compromised, used fraudulently, or used in violation of these Terms.
4. Acceptable Use
- You agree not to use the service to: violate any applicable law or regulation
- infringe intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other rights of others
- create misleading, deceptive, defamatory, harassing, or discriminatory content
- impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity
- scrape, harvest, or collect data from LinkedIn or any other third-party platform in violation of applicable rules
- automate activity on LinkedIn in a way that violates LinkedIn's policies
- upload malware, malicious code, or harmful content
- reverse engineer, copy, resell, or exploit the service without written permission
- interfere with the security, availability, or performance of the service.
5. User Content
You may provide content to the service, including profile information, text, images, professional summaries, job descriptions, posts, drafts, metrics, and other materials. You retain ownership of your content. By submitting content to the service, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, process, display, analyze, modify, and use your content solely as necessary to operate, improve, and provide the service.
6. AI-Assisted Features
The service may use artificial intelligence or automated systems to generate suggestions, summaries, recommendations, analytics, or draft content. AI-generated outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, or unsuitable for your specific circumstances. You are responsible for reviewing, editing, and approving any content before publishing or relying on it. We do not guarantee that AI-generated content will improve your visibility, engagement, income, employment opportunities, reputation, or professional outcomes.
7. LinkedIn and Third-Party Platforms
Notabene is an independent professional visibility and content-assistance tool. Notabene is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or officially connected with LinkedIn Corporation or Microsoft Corporation.
Unless we separately obtain express written permission from LinkedIn or use an officially approved LinkedIn API in accordance with its applicable terms, Notabene does not: scrape, crawl, copy, harvest, or extract LinkedIn profiles or content; use bots, scripts, or automated methods to access LinkedIn; automate LinkedIn activity of any kind; generate fake accounts or inauthentic engagement; manipulate or claim to control LinkedIn's feed, search, or recommendation algorithms; bypass LinkedIn technical restrictions or access controls; collect LinkedIn login credentials.
We are not responsible for any action taken by LinkedIn or another third-party platform, including reduced reach, account restriction, content removal, suspension, loss of data, or changes to platform functionality.
8. Subscriptions, Payments, and Billing
Some features may be offered through paid subscription plans. By purchasing a paid plan, you authorize us or our payment processor to charge the payment method you provide for applicable fees, taxes, renewals, and other charges. Unless stated otherwise at checkout: subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period; you may cancel future renewals through your account settings or by contacting support; cancellation does not automatically provide a refund for the current billing period; access to paid features may continue until the end of the paid billing period.
9. Free Plans and Trials
We may offer free plans, limited trials, promotional credits, or beta access. We may modify, limit, or discontinue these offers at any time. If a trial requires payment information, your subscription may automatically convert to a paid plan unless you cancel before the trial ends, as disclosed at signup.
10. Refunds

11. Intellectual Property
The service, including its software, design, interface, branding, text, graphics, workflows, analytics, models, templates, and other materials, is owned by MOBILE AGENDA FZE LLC or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, sublicense, or create derivative works based on the service except as expressly allowed by these Terms.
12. Feedback
If you provide feedback, suggestions, ideas, or improvement requests, you grant us the right to use them without restriction or compensation to you.
13. Service Availability
We aim to provide a reliable service, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or permanent availability of any feature. The service may be unavailable due to maintenance, security issues, technical failures, third-party outages, platform changes, or other reasons. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time.
14. Disclaimers
The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, MOBILE AGENDA FZE LLC disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, availability, and reliability.
15. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MOBILE AGENDA FZE LLC and its directors, employees, contractors, affiliates, partners, and licensors will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, revenue, business, goodwill, data, reputation, or opportunities. Our total liability for any claim related to the service will not exceed the amount you paid to us during the three months before the event giving rise to the claim, or USD $100 if you did not pay for the service.
16. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless MOBILE AGENDA FZE LLC and its directors, employees, contractors, affiliates, partners, and licensors from any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, costs, or expenses arising from: your use of the service; your content; your violation of these Terms; your violation of law or third-party rights; your violation of LinkedIn's or another third-party platform's terms or policies.
17. Termination
- You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms
- your use creates legal, security, reputational, or technical risk
- payment is overdue
- or we discontinue the service or a material part of it. After termination, your right to use the service ends immediately.
18. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we will take reasonable steps to notify you. Your continued use of the service after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms.
19. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the service will be resolved in the courts located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
